Adding Embroidery, a Custom Name/Monogram or Emblems to your apparel help builds brands and shows off your style.
We can add these items to specific garments.
There is no minimum – we can produce small or large orders with quick turnaround time, once the decoration is approved.
Just upload your emblem or digitized logo in JPEG or DST file format. If you prefer, you can email your logo to us.
If you do not have a digitized logo, we can digitize your logo for a one time fee.
The cost to digitize is based on the logo size and the stitch count and start at $50.00 per design for one logo up to 6,000 stitches and 6 colors. For each additional 1,000 stitches, add $10.00 per design.
If digitizing is too expensive, why not add your name, company’s name or monogram to your garment. We can add up to 3 lines, with a maximum of 16 characters per line, including spaces. We also provide several garment locations and fonts to choose from and prices range from 1 line $6.50; 2 lines $11.00 and 3 lines $15.50.
We will provide you with a free estimate of all embroidery and digitizing charges before ANY work is done.
The turn-around time for customization is based upon your submission of artwork, digitizing, your approval of design, payment and shipment. The average time ranges from 2 to 3 weeks.
All garments ordered online are shipped at the same time, for one shipping fee. If you want non-customized garments sooner, please order non-customized and customized garments separately and a separate shipping fee will be applied.
CUT-OFF TIME FOR SAME-DAY SHIPPING?
Every effort will be made to ship orders placed by 4:00 p.m. EST on the same day. If an order is placed after 4:00 p.m., it will be filled and shipped on the following day.
SHIPPERS WE USE?
Our primary carrier is UPS, however, if requested, we will use other companies such as Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service.
All orders are shipped FOB Kalamazoo, Michigan. Customer is responsible for loss or damage to the products at all times after Drivers Threads has turned the shipment over to a carrier. Drivers Threads is not responsible for delayed orders after they have left the Drivers Threads warehouse.
ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
We will send you an email after your order has shipped. The email will contain carrier’s tracking information.
DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
Shipping charges and delivery times are based on the weight of the items and shipping distance from the warehouse(s).
SHORTAGES IN SHIPMENTS
Claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Please fax a copy of the packing slip (813) 632-8220 OR send us an email using our Contact Us form on the home page email listing the missing items or order discrepancies. Missing items will be shipped to you upon receipt of packing slip and verification of original order.
